Longines offers a 24-month international warranty from the date of purchase for all models, covering defects in materials and manufacturing existing at the time of delivery. For mechanical models purchased from January 1, 2021, the warranty is extended to 5 years, reinforcing the brand's commitment to the quality and durability of its watches.

The warranty is valid upon presentation of the duly dated and completed international certificate. During the coverage period, any recognised defect will be repaired free of charge. If it is not possible to restore normal operating conditions through repair, the brand undertakes to replace the watch with an identical model or one with equivalent characteristics.

Straps also benefit from a 24-month international warranty against defects in material or manufacturing.
