Returns & Refunds Policy
Rapha Watches Return and Refund Policy
At Rapha Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy. Below are the applicable terms and conditions:
1. Free Returns
For in-person returns:
The customer has the right to return the item within 7 days of picking up their order, without any additional cost.
To initiate the return process, simply contact us by email or phone, informing the order number and the reason for return.
For returns via carrier:
The customer must follow the same steps to initiate the return process mentioned above. If the return is accepted, send the order back using the same carrier that delivered it and follow all necessary steps for the return shipment. The customer will pay for the shipping cost, and this will be reimbursed within 5 business days.
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must meet the following requirements:
- Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
- Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
After receiving and verifying the condition of the returned item, the customer may choose to:
- Exchange the item for another of equal or higher value.
- Refund of the total amount already paid, carried out through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Exceptions
No exchanges will be made in case of:
- Item with marks or signs of use.
- Item missing accessories
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and verification of the returned product.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Note: In the case of ATM payments, the time it takes for the refunded amount to be credited to the account will depend on each banking institution.
