Warranty – Rapha Watches
At Rapha Watches, all watches sold are 100% authentic and include an official manufacturer's warranty, in accordance with the conditions stipulated by each brand.
We are an authorised dealer in Portugal, which allows us to offer complete confidence and after-sales support, with direct access to technical assistance accredited by the brands themselves.
Warranty Coverage by Brand
Citizen and Bulova:
All models from these brands include a 3-year official warranty.

During the 1st year, coverage is international (valid in any country).

In the 2nd and 3rd year, the warranty applies in Portugal, with support guaranteed by our store.
Rapha Watches is an authorised dealer for these brands in national territory.
Orient:
Orient watches come with a 1-year official warranty, with worldwide coverage.
Assistance can be requested directly from the brand or through our customer support service.
We are also an authorised point of sale in Portugal for Orient.
Other Brands:
Models from various brands are covered by a warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the model and manufacturer's policies.
Regardless, we always ensure a minimum of 1 year of coverage for any watch purchased from us.
Warranty Activation
