Longines offers an international 24-month warranty from the date of purchase for all models, covering material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery. For mechanical models purchased from January 1, 2021, the warranty is extended to 5 years, reinforcing the brand's commitment to the quality and durability of its watches.

The warranty is valid upon presentation of the duly dated and completed international certificate. During the coverage period, any recognized defect will be repaired free of charge. If it is not possible to restore normal operating conditions through repair, the brand undertakes to replace the watch with an identical model or one with equivalent characteristics.

The straps also benefit from an international 24-month warranty against material or manufacturing defects.
